In this new clip, 5-string ukulele slinger Taimane Gardner leads her trio through a ripping medley of surf music classics.
A live show staple for Taimane, her ripping “Surf Medley” is a potent cocktail of iconic surf guitar riffs from Dick Dale’s “Miserlou,” “the Chantays’ “Pipeline,” the Ventures’ “Hawaii Five-O,” and “Wipeout” from the Safaris, shaken and mixed with cajon player Jonathan Heraux and guitarist Jazzy Jazz.

Taimane recorded this at Tonggs Beach, a popular surfing spot next to the famous Diamond Head.
