Hey, fellow uke player! Did you know 99.9% of visitors to this site will scroll past this message without making a contribution? Many plan to pledge later, but then forget. So we're asking you to give just $2 (or whatever you can afford) right now.

As we previously reported from Winter NAMM 2015, Alvarez is getting in the uke game.

The acoustic guitar manufacturer has officially launched its Regent series and Artist series, which range from $129-299 in a variety of wood combinations. Check them out here.

Alvarez’s Head of Development Chris Meikle says in a statement: “We’ve taken our time bringing our ukuleles to the market because we really wanted to perfect them. We feel our Regent and Artist Series ukes are a great reflection of their guitar heritage; great quality, great sounding ukuleles, delivered at very affordable price points.”

Both series feature Soprano, Concert, Tenor, and Baritone shapes, and feature solid soundboards, herringbone purfling, and fan bracing.
