Lanikai Ukuleles has released a new concert model that incorporate artwork by tattoo legend Norman “Sailor Jerry” Collins.

“The Sailor Jerry legacy has inspired generations of artists and designers around the world,” Lanikai Product Manager Leon Lewis said in a press release.  “Lanikai is proud to celebrate a Hawaiian legend with this new ukulele.  This product will be sought out by musicians and non-musicians alike who identify with the instantly recognizable imagery of the Sailor Jerry brand.”

Boasting a rosewood fingerboard and chrome tuners, Collins’ iconic work adorns the top and back of the ukulele’s mahogany body.

The tattoed uke goes on sale in October with a retail price of $149.99.
