Unusually Adjustable Ukulele from Riversong, Summer NAMM 2016
Straight out of Kamloops, British Columbia, Riversong’s Mike Miltimore showed off the company’s new ukulele at the Summer NAMM show in Nashville. The Riversong Trad SE ukulele includes several features unique to Riversong.
The neck flows through the Trad SE’s body, with the body fitted around the center core, giving the top and back more freedom to vibrate, according to Miltimore. There’s also a way to adjust the instrument’s intonation and string height, using Riversong’s singular designs. Check the video out for a demo.

The Trad SE is made with Chillakwian maple back and sides, Western Sitka spruce top, and a walnut fretboard on a maple neck.
Production begins in September, so look for them this fall.
