It’s been 10 years since stained-glass artist Yvonne de Villiers started Luna Guitars, and as the company continues to grow, so does its product line. While they’ve been offering ukes for several years, their uke catalog is now bigger than ever, including about a dozen distinct series of uniquely designed instruments. This year, Luna is introducing two new and noteworthy series: the all-mahogany, concert-sized ’50s Inspired series and the Ukulele Bass series. Derek Badala, Luna’s director of sales, walks us through the newest models.
