In a visit to Kala Brand Music‘s booth at the 2017 NAMM show, they showed us the company’s new concert-size Waterman ukulele, plus tons of new designs and colors on the Ukadelic and Makala Shark and Dolphin lines, including concert in the Shark’s two most popular colors. Additionally, the Ukadelic line is now based on the Waterman series, so they’re now made of water-resistant ABS plastic, which makes them a good buddy for rugged travel.
Another exciting ukulele they had at the show was a new 8-string baritone, with a cedar top uke, and the expanding Kala Elite USA line, including the new “Salt & Pepper Doghair” tenor.

All of these new models will be coming into stores around April.
